We can’t believe we’re writing this message….


It’s with a very heavy heart that we must inform you that Lo-fi Radio is shutting down 💔😢 We had so much hope for the future, to continue promoting unique music, new artists... all the community that supported us since day one.. But unfortunately we have no other choice.


We’ve always tried to make this app free of ads, free of cost for you guys, so everyone could enjoy it as much as possible, regardless of the country, the economic power or social status! This was not a business for us, this was a fun side project started by two friends. The radio grew so big that it became a victim of its own success. In short, it’s not possible to run Lo-Fi Radio in a sustainable manner as we would have liked to do.


When we launched back our radio, lo-fi music was just starting to burst on Youtube and there weren’t many apps out there. Now there are plenty and we guess that’s a good thing. We hope they take good care of you cause you deserve it. Some of you send us truly deep thank you messages, acknowledging what the app has done for you and that’s the most important thing we took from this experience. We also want to thank you for all the support, but most importantly, for filling our hearts with love ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
